Nice white foamy head fades to nothing. A little lacing. Color is orange with a hint of brown. Aroma is medium plus intensity and very tropical: pineapple, mango, lemon, lime, perfumes booze, orange peel- very nice. Palate is clean and crisp with notes of pineapple, mango, lemon peel/bitter pith, lime, light pine needles, hay, barley, some bready malty bitter notes towards end but generally very tropical and citrusy rather then bitter. Carbonation is light and fluffy. Pros very easy drinking, medium plus intensity in nose and palate; hops, malt, and booze are pretty well balanced and integrated leaning toward a refreshing tropical citrus palate- very enjoyable. Cons pretty simple overall, head fades pretty quickly, only available in 16oz where purchased, overally pine needley finish. 90/100.

Look: Less copper than I expected. Straw colored. Leaves some good looking lacing. I was pleasantly surprised! Smell: Smells fresh. Like the inside of a brewery (I should have mentioned that I poured this into a pint glass from a 16 oz can). Hint of citrus. A little bit hoppy, but not that sharp and piercing hoppiness that might scare off the faint of heart. Very warm and welcoming. Taste: Citrus and hops, mostly. A good tasting beer, but nothing extremely memorable. Just very drink-able. Feel: Medium/Light. Not too thick. Just the right amount of carbonation. Overall a very good beer. If I were reaching for an IPA I might go for something else just because it is a very light IPA. I would definitely recommend it as an IPA for someone who is scared of IPA's. Super drinkable and definitely a good beer though!

This was by far the best IPA on tap, in my opinion. Even though it was organic, it is better than most IPAs I have tasted. Very impressed and will have again!
