Bottle: Poured an amber color ale. Aroma of smoked and citrusy notes is quite particular for style. Taste is an absolute mess with little or no discernable hops, some unrefined grainy notes with a smoky finish. Drainpour and one incredibly messy beer.

Beautiful pour, coppery colour and slightly hazy with surprisingly thick head, from 500 ml bottle into a pint sleeve. Bottled June/July 2013 (funny freshness date has 11 boxes and this is the middle one).
Smells caramel malt with a hint of barnyard funk.
Taste has more of that barnyard funk, out of place for an IPA, but also, good bitterness and sweet caramel malt, with a surprising sour note at the end.
Interesting, but not sure I would seek this one out again.
