Deep amber beer had a nice white head that thickly laced the glass. Not much hop aroma at all, but there was some malt wafting up. Semi hoppy taste profile that was more peppery than citrus based. Finish was long but a bit dry, the aftertaste made you thirsty for water. Pairing this brew with food made it more enjoyable. Not bad, but nowhere near my favorite IPA's.
