Pretty nice looking beer. Lots of earthy malts on there with a sharp hop spice aspect to it and a very background citric kind of thing. It's pleasant and pretty decent; certainly is even. Nice drinker. Not blowing me away or anything, but it's not too bad.

On tap at the brewpub
A-Amber orange1/2 inch head that lasted a while than fell to thin coat that left good lacing.
S-Not a lot of aroma here, could benfit from a little more aroma hop additions maybe. Some hops, yeast
T-Pine, green, and citrus hops, not comlex though almost a little muddled. Some biscuit malt
M-creamy medium bosy and nice even carbonation.
D-I could drink these all night, if it was the only beer I to my tastes here on tap.
Overall-ntoing spectacular but definitely a nice offering for this brew pub

Wow! probably my favorite beer brewed by this wonderful little pub and restaurant. This IPA is much better than the Rolliing Blackout that they seem to have discontinued. A medium amber color topped by a foamy off white head that settles in and leaves grade A lacing so thick and beautiful, that I swore I could have been in England drinking ultra fresh cask ale. Peppery hop taste is just right and there is a nice balance to this beer. Very drinkable. I really like this place.
