I had this last week at Main Street Brewery. I just didn't put it on here until now. This is from my notes from that night.
Appearance- cloudy light gold color, thin head
Smell- some strawberry, wheat
Taste- strawberry, wheat
Mouthfeel- light to medium bodied
Drinkability- I thought it was pretty good but I don't drink hefeweizens that often so I probably won't have it again. It was good though.

On tap at Main St. on 7/14/09.
A - Really cloudy, unfiltered pale banana-colored body with thin white head that reduced to a patchy veil with a bit of lace. Head eventually disappeared and the lacing vanished.
S - Very citrusy with lots of berry sweetness and hints of lemon. However, the strawberry aroma prevails. Some pale wheat malt is in the mix, but the berries dominate.
T - Again, the flavor boasts a prevalent berry sweetness with lots of fresh strawberries. Some pale wheat malt and spicy yeast balances the berry sweetness a bit. Hop bitterness is scant save for some citrusy notes.
M - Medium bodied with a soft, round, kind of chewy texture and moderate carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel with very minimal bitterness on the palate. Finish is quite sweet overall.
D - Pretty tasty hefe with a prevalent strawberry character, hence the name. Strawberry flavor is pretty authentic.
