Restaurant with separate bar area pouring three on site microbrews. The day I was there they had a Pils, an Amber and a Stout. Plenty of patio seating in front and in back. Inside was nice and cool. Varied menu for a beach/resort/small town. I've eaten here several times and the food is always just ok. Excellent, attentive service. Friendly vibe.

Drove to Amelia Island, FL. recently while visiting the area and stopped here for lunch. It's a cute little restaurant that has a nice patio. Decor was great, food was good but the beer not so good. Only three to choose from and the one we chose was watery and flavorless. My son took one small sip and refused to drink it. He asked the waitress to take it off our bill and she did with no problem. So I would say the service we got was excellent. She was friendly and cooperative when asked to refund our money on the beer. The food was really good and value was very reasonable.

Edit - As of June 2022, they no longer brew on-site. They now offer 6 craft draft options plus craft in bottles and cans. Food is still good!

Note the score is impacted a lot by having only a few choices, but I enjoyed this place.
This is a fairly new establishment that is weeks away from celebrating its first anniversary.
It has a good location just off the main drag. It occupies a cool old brick corner building.
The bar is L shaped and topped with stainless steel. The three smallish tanks are right behind the bartender and located under the blue surfboard. Note that the serve the beer directly from the finishing tanks!
The bar room is decorated in soft pastels, local artwork and boasts a concrete floor. There is soft jazz on the sound system.
The bar room has multiple tables for groups and also offers a beer garden in the back of the building. The garden is very nice and includes some huge oak trees. There is also a dining room attached to the bar that offers more upscale offerings.
Nice crowds that seem to be a mix of regulars and visitors. It is more upscale than many of the bars in town. They offer entertainment on Saturdays.
2 house beers plus a seasonal which was red wheat during my visit. Make sure and ask for a non-chilled glass. The house beers are a pilsner and a stout. They also have two more options, which are mixed combinations of the two regulars (a Brown which is 50-50 and a Red which is 90% pilsner & 10% stout). I've never seen a brewpub do this before, but given their limited capacity, I guess it makes sense.
They do not have guest taps but offer about 14 guest bottles of which some are decent (Sierra Nevada, Fin Du Monde, Tucher hefe, Brooklyn Lager, New Castle, Blue Moon, Guinness).
The bartender was friendly, was free with samples and was able to really discuss the house beers.
The food is really solid. Good sandwiches, wraps, Asian dishes and pizzas. You can also order from the dining room, which adds more dinner type choices.
Note they need more restrooms. I'm sure a "one holer" was fine when it was just a restaurant, but with a full bar you need more capacity.
While I would love to see a bigger beer selection, I think they do a good job given the small space and the customer/tourist base of this area.
I will return during my next visit to this cool little town.
