Blanche De Chambly (Abricot) bought a 4 pack.
Look: Yellow colour with about 1 finger of white head.
Smell: Abricot, wheat malt.
Taste: Smell as the smell with a sweet finish.
Feel: Light to medium body, medium carbonation, easy drinking, very flavorfull not much wheat on the backend
So overall would i recommend it? Sure, feel like more fruit beer than a witbier
Would i buy again ? Sure, but I will drink something else with that.

Can: Poured a clear yellow color ale with a medium size white foamy head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of sweet wheat malt notes with some apricot notes. Taste is also a mix of wheat malt notes with some apricot syrup notes and a semi sweet finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. OK refreshing fruit based wheat beer.

Poured a 375ml can into a pint glass. A two finger fine white head on a cloudy apricot. The head diminishes to a thin layer that sticks around.
Apricot and wheat in the nose.
Apricot is apparent up front. Not much Witbier quality, more of a Fruit and Field beer.
Light body and carbonation.
A well done flavoured Witbier. Unibroue is good at these. A welcome addition.

Wheat and fruity flavors which is the same kind of beer as the "Ephemere" series. Same quality. It has to help to sell this one when you add "Blanche de Chambly" tag on it, but it is more on the line of their other fruity beer.
