I had this beer on-tap in a mug at Special Brews in Lynnwood, WA.
Appearance: medium amber-orange with a light haze and a finger of frothy ivory foam. A bit orange for an amber, but not bad.
Smell: slightly caramelly malt with a nice citrusy, herby hop character. Very good for such a low ABV.
Taste: nice citrusy hops with a thinner malt base. More like a session IPA than an amber, but still pretty good.
Mouthfeel: light body but with a really big carbonation and great creaminess.
Overall: I love me a flavorful session ale. Great to see Lagunitas doing a beer on the lower ABV side of the spectrum.

First had "Copper Corral! Fusion Ale 17" (apparently the correct name, according to the tap list at Lagunitas Chicago) in Utah on draft into 22-oz. tumbler. Could be an amber ale, as classified here, but was more of a session IPA, that just happened to be copper-colored. In any event, nice of Lagunitas to brew a beer eligible for Utah's 4.00 ABV-and-under-only taps, and not bad at all, for a session IPA.
