brewed for buffalo wild wings, a hoppy but not bitter pale ale type that must contain some citrus, a crowd pleaser, nice and drinkable, not bitter at all, a little bit sweet even, fruity all the way, golden and simple, not exotic at all or anywhere near as experimental as many of the fusion beers before it, but solid nevertheless. perhaps unfiltered, it has the lightest frosted appearance to it, still bright and with some shine, solid inch or more of white head on it from the tap, pretty dense. the nose is candied orange peel, catty mosaic, and some moderate residual pale malt sweetness, seems basic but clean, house lagunitas ale yeast as pretty much always, and the same is true with the flavor. im not positive this is fruited, but it seems like it is, mandarin oranges from the can, grapefruit without pithy bitterness or any acidity, and an almost fruit cocktail vibe, cant all be from hops can it? some late onset bitterness as it warms, just enough grain balance, and i would be surprised if it wasnt mosaic hops in the drivers seat, although there could be others here too. tasty pale ale, fine carbonation, not a standout in the lagunitas universe, but a beer that fits the need at a place like this and is food versatile. easy.

Pretty lackluster for lagunitas. Not anything bad just not anything apart from the pack. I generally hold lagunitas to a higher standard than this.

Good clear gold with a small head. More bitter than your average APA but with all of the same flavors you'd expect. Wheat, lemon, and grape fruit. A really great beer by lagunitas.
