I wish i had brought this beer home just to be one of the few to review it for you. Oh well. I have to agree with other reviewers about many of the characteristics. I would like to add that this beer went perfect with a big bacon cheeseburger, I am sure that most any food would go well with this robust beer. My favorite part was the mouthfeel, it was full and made the food so much better. Beer Respected...

A - pours a hazy deep brown with one finger of off white head. Head has good retention and leaves rings of lacing.
S - Alcohol-soaked raisins, brandy, toffee and chocolate. Interesting aroma profile.
T - Lots of chocolate and toffee, followed by brandy and raisin. Small amount of hops. Really nice.
M - Medium/full mouthfeel with a but of numbing alcohol and slight drying bitterness.
O - I bit boozy, bit overall, but a nice flavor profile overall. I would get this again.

On-tap at the brewery.
A: Served a dark ruddy brown with a thin light tan head that faded into a wispy film that retained a good collar.
S: Strong notes of brandy and rich syrupy malt.
T: I get flavors of brandy, raisins, molasses, warming alcohol, vanilla, leather, dates, a bit of honey and perhaps birch and oak. The finish is sweet with raisins and a bit of burnt malt, and the aftertaste is full of warm brandy and vanilla.
M: Thick body with a viscous mouthfeel, soft carbonation, and warming alcohol that heats my throat afterter each swallow.
O: Great brandy flavors, really enjoyable and rich all around. A little age would probably do this wonders.
