Served on cask at the brewpub. Dark bronzey orange with an offwhite head. Bruised apples and a bit of unripe tropical fruit, also slightly catty. Somewhat bready and lightly sweet. Mosaic hops are apparently all the rage but the beers I've had that feature them are just boring and sweet.
