Draught at the brewery, the beer has a pale orange colour, crystal clear. The foam is beautiful, white, dense and creamy, but unfortunately falls too fast.
The smell is not particularly strong, but you can clearly feel the malt base and a good German-style hopping. Even in the taste you can catch the balance between sweet and bitter, a balance perhaps a little uneasy and "at risk"; in fact in the aftertaste you will grasp two stages: first you feel the sweet malt and then, only later you get a nice bitter. The brewer presented its beer simply as a lager, even though, perhaps, one might venture that the beer was a straightforward Hell rather hoppy.
