You know that one little place that you find that strikes you in such a positive way, and you'll probably never be able to figure out every little reason why? Well, this is that place for me. Maybe it's the fact that it's so far away from anything else and in a nice quiet residential area. Or maybe it's all of the Swedes taking all of this American beer so seriously in there. It's one thing to see Americans geeking out about beers. It's another to see people over 4,000 miles away from your home doing the same. It was kind of humbling to see really. They're really taking all this microbrew stuff real serious over there. Food was nice. Seems a bit Asian themed, but it seemed like the ingredients were well taken care of and the chef was doing his best to leave a minimal influence over things and let the quality speak for itself. The white chocolate mousse was a killer dessert to end things on. The owner was totally cool. He was running the floor and was very congenial and nice. Overall, this was a real cool experience. I went back a 2nd time, which is a rarity for me when traveling. The beer list seemed a bit thin, but I believe that is because there is a change coming to the restaurant as a whole soon. So if you are keen on going, please make absolutely sure that it is open. (They're operating schedule is 17:00 to close)
