11.2floz bottle
Served in a stemless wine glass
This beer pours a brilliant golden color and is topped with an inch of off-white head that leaves spotty lacing.
Malty, sweet corn aroma
Sweet malt flavor with steeped corn and grain flavor
Medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel
Sweet and malty. Surprisingly no skunked flavor or aroma

in bottle in Montego Bay. Far superior to the Red Stripe. Tastes somewhat similar to some of the more mediocre czech pilsners I've had.
Appearance is pretty standard for a pilsener. light yellow-gold, decent two finger head on the beer that disappates relatively quickly.
Smell is pretty standard. Faint whiff of hops and malt, but not much really.
Taste is quite good. It's not as robust as I might like, but it's well balanced without any off flavors. Faint bit of hops at the end with a decent maltiness to it.
mouthfeel is a bit thin, could use some more body.
exceptionally drinkable. could go forever on these things, and when compared to the standard red stripe in Jamaica I found it vastly preferable.

Not much to this- a typical thin bodied, slightly grainy and watery Carribean beer with little real nose or flavor, except for the lime squeezed into it.
However, I was drinking this at a little outside bar in Ocho Rios last week, while enjoying a nice cigar. This no doubt affected my perception of this beer somewhat....how could anything be too bad at that point?
