Pours a clean pale yellow color with a white head. In the aroma, granny smith apples. In the taste, starts tart green apples to dry apple skins, with a apple sweetness. A small tart bite and a lighter bodied mouthfeel, with a small dry apple skin and apple fruitiness in the aftertaste. Quinte good, almost like easting an apple.
