A: Very wine like upfront with typical Sauvignon Blanc notes of berries, and slightly grassy with a light oak aroma.
A: Clear golden color, great clarity with large frothy white head that has solid retention.
T: Lots of wine grape flavors upfront, light berries, slightly sweet with a moderately light acidity and sourness. The beer is pretty crisp and finishes dry.
M: Medium-light bodied with moderately low carbonation.
O: Interesting; drinks very much like a Sauvignon Blanc with a bit more brightness and funkiness. The beer has lots of vinous aroma and flavor and is slightly sweet and finishes dry.
