c&c 375ml into a Barrelworks Teku at cold cellar temp.
Look: peach in color, with just a small ring of white foam and low-to-moderate carb.
Smell: mandarin orange, funk, lime, mineral.
Taste: lime, salt, floral notes, wet stone. Brief moments are really delicious, but overall pretty challenging.
Feel: light body, active carbonation tingle, and juicy finish.
Overall: a good grape/beer hybrid, but doesn't hold up to comparison with the first two entries in the series. The strong mineral taste is too dominant, and the flavors just don't quite all come together. Still glad to have tried it.
