Lovely little wild ale that basically feels like a table beer, only soured. Characteristic FW oak on the nose, crisp, delicately woody, touch of green apple, even some light hay. Kind of evokes Bretta Weisse, a beer 100% worth emulating. Palate is so darn refreshingly light, maybe a touch of wheat malt, easy tartness that enhances the beer without dominating - tooth enamel still intact. The kind of beer you could imagine drinking on sunny summer patios, glassa after glass, next to a killer charcuterie plate.
