Part of variety pack - Packaged on 06/20/20 stamped on box:
12 oz bottle:
Pours golden with a lasting thin foamy white head. Trailing lace.
The smell is musty with peach and mango.
The taste is bitter with a touch of fruity sweetness. Hints of peace and mango. Finish could be longer but it works well enough.
It is smooth with a medium to full body.
A nice single hop brew (Mosaic). Mosaic hops give it a white peach and mango character. Enough malt to keep it balanced. A good brew!

From a bottle that was unfortunately missing its date stamp.
There’s clearly a mosaic hop aroma on this, with hints of its past glory. I get a faded peach and lychee note on the nose, with more vibrancy on the sip. Easy drinker, finishes clear and clean, but I just wish there was more to distinguish this one.

Picked up as part of a mixer 12 pack from my Fry's Food grocer's cooler 5/31/20 for $1.25/bottle. Bottled 5/7/20; consumed 8/3/20. Cold stored since purchase.
Beer poured golden orange with a nice white head that is leaving some lacing behind.
Nose is quite nice, dank with hints of the tropic.
Taste is nice, a light malt base is greeted nicely by stone fruit peach along with some mango. Finishes with some grapefruit rind; 6/10 on my bitterness scale.
Mouthfeel is light and refreshing, pretty close to sessionable.
Overall a nice little ipa. Initially the finish was lacking some punch due to its light nature but subsequent sips showcase how clean this brew is. Nicely done!

Drank nicely along with a spicy chicken burrito. Hints of White Peach and Mango were pleasant and not overwhelming. Very good.

Bottled on date is missing, but assuming less than a month old
Appearance - Pours crystal clear and pure gold in color with an off-white, finger width head that shows good retention before dying slowly to a thin, broken layer of surface suds; a thick ring around the edge of the glass. Good lacing with thin sheeting, broken lines and small spotting.
Smell - Classic mosaic aroma that's both fruity, slightly citrusy and tropical, and a little funky. Very generic malt sweetness.
Taste - Follows the nose. Slightly tropical and citrusy with a bit of funk to it; trace of onion or garlic? Faint bready sweetness underneath. Finish is slightly spicy with lingering fruity sweetness.
Mouthfeel - Medium in body with fair carbonation. Smooth, easy drinker before a slightly dry finish.
Overall - Not a big fan of Single Hop IPA's, and I've had mosaic single hops which do the hop more justice than this. Not to say this is bad at all, but it's nothing noteworthy.

I got a mixer 12-pack with Union Jack IPA, Easy Jack IPA, Luponic Distortion Revolution #14, and this in it. Bottled April 28th, so only 10 days ago! All very fresh! I couldn't pass it up. Poured into my Samuel Smith pub glass.
Look: Pours an absolutely crystal clear gold color, the stunning clarity is so intense it magnifies and accentuates the ample carbonation rising to fuel the aromatic head. The head is a sail white color, frothy at first but settling to a lasting thin cap. Delicate wispy lacing decorates the glass.
Smell: The aroma is fresh and complex, rich with white peach and mango as advertised. I also get a very noticeable floral character, honeysuckle, mandarin orange, and orange blossom honey.
Taste/Feel: An immediate rush of fresh fruit washes across the palate with hoppy flavors of mango, white peach, nectarine, orange peel, verbena, and light pineapple. A botanical tingle of bitterness balances the malt profile that yields honeysuckle, toasted cracker, and a kiss of caramel. This quickly leads to a dry finish with lingering bitterness and mild astringency. Excellent balance and drinkability.
Overall: When enjoyed extremely fresh this is a lovely exhibition of the awesome Mosaic hop. Mosiac has always been one of my favorite hops so this beer was a welcome treat. Very enjoyable and refreshing.
