Served on cask at the Propagator in Venice. Pours a dirty dark orange under a half-inch thick, large-bubbled white head which leaves spotty lace. Aroma is mostly pine sap followed by floral notes. Flavor is herbal and orange citrus. Medium body and soft low carb (cask). Finishes bitter and piney.
