Brewed to celebrate our first year brewing in Venice. This Double IPA is a mash up of Gen 1 & Double Jack. 10 different hops were used in the recipe & triple dry hop producing notes of white peach, citrus & pine.

Poured from a 32-ounce crowler a slightly chill hazed light orange under a one-finger thick white head which fades to the rim and leaves spots of lace. Aroma is floral, cotton candy, stone fruit (peaches and nectarines), white grapes and herbal. Flavor is mild sweet malts, peaches, some pine, berries, melon, passion fruit, faint pineapple and grapefruit. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Finishes sticky, fruity and dank on warming. ABV well hidden - a creeper. A veritable fruit salad in a glass. If you are anywhere near FW Venice, get this now! Happy Anniversary!! Very nicely done.
