From the can. Pours a somewhat hazy straw yellow. I get some light tangerine and a lemon-strawberry note. It’s lightly hopped, with little bitterness, classic FW yeast profile. Two months from canning, most recent I found.

Draft at CopenRoss. Hazy, pale yellow golden, small, finely beaded head. Aroma features light citrus and grassy notes. Taste is extremely light and focuses squarely on the hop. Fruity, straw, grassy, lemons with a light tingling on the palate.

Today has become one of IPAs where yesterday was Pilsners. My next one is from some old friends of The CANQuest (tm) at Firestone Walker. I have enjoyed their beers for many years & when they CANmitted to CANning, I was elated!

From the CAN: "Limited Release"; "Propagator Series Motueka Single Hop Hazy IPA"; "Hints of Tangerine - Lemongrass"; "Beer Before Glory"; "Keep Cold[,] Drink Fresh[.]"

I Crack!ed open the vent & beCAN a slow, gentle C-Line Glug, but once it became obvious that "Hazy" was not fictitious, I let it CANtinue unabated. The resulting two-plus fingers of dense, foamy, rocky, bone-white head resembled fresh meringue. The deeply-hazy/lightly-cloudy Yellow-Gold (SRM = 4 - 5) beer in turn resembled lemon pie filling. Mmm. It was definitely visually satisfying. Nose was full-on orange, what they were calling "Tangerine". Mmm. Mouthfeel was medium. The taste was definitely citrusy with orange/CANgerine leading the way, but with a light lemoniness. I would not have called it "lemongrass", however. Finish was semi-dry. It remined me of a Session AIPA in that the nose was better than the taste. It was pleasant & refreshing, but I would have preferred a greater bitterness. YMMV.

From a 12oz can dated 2/17/20 into a pint glass.

Pours a hazy dark yellow with about one finger of white head. Ok head retention, moderate lacing.

Smell is right on target with the can. Picking up tangerines and other citrus with perhaps just a hint of lemon.

Taste is a tangy citrus mixture-similar to the nose. Just an ever so slight bitter finish.

Mouthfeel is light and soft. Mostly tangy citrus aftertaste.

Overall, it okayish and meets the style. Would love to see this juiciness matched up with the crisp bitter/sweet finish of Union Jack.

Caned February 7, 2020, poured into a Spiegelau IPA glass
Appearance - Medium yellow, nice smooth head when poured
Smell - Slight citrus
Taste - Juicy but not sweet, a small taste of citrus, bitterness is very low, carbonation is medium or perfect for me
Feel - Light/Medium
Overall - A very good light tasting IPA, I would highly recommend for those who like a light but flavorful IPA. It would make a great summer time IPA for me, lower alcohol but still with flavor. Would buy again.

12 oz can. Pours hazy golden with tall, long lasting, fluffy white head. Aroma is of citrusy, piney hops, bready malt and tropical fruit. Body is medium and crisp. Taste is similar to aroma. Finish is long and dry. Good brew.

Nothing out of this world, but I pretty typical example of a hazy IPA. Tasty, light, I wouldn't turn another down, but I'm not rushing out to buy more, either.

Very light and crisp, with notes of tangerine. Tastes juicy but a little thin; could use more finish.
