2020 bottle poured at fridge temp. Pours a nice dark brown with very quickly dissipating head. Very Pepsi like.
Nose: Salted caramel and NUTS! Lots of nuts. Walnuts and almonds. Chocolate, coffee (lightly roasted), peanut butter, and more nuts! Starting to get roasted chestnuts. Reminds me of walking through the markets in Germany as they roast the chestnuts and sell them in little paper bags. What a smell! A floral note appears, which is really interesting. Overall, this is an extremely unique nose - not something I have ever experienced with a beer.
Taste: Again, incredibly unique and interesting. I definitely get more salted caramel on the taste, which I absolutely love. Still getting a lot of nuttiness. If you like nuts and salted caramel, this beer is a dream for you. Dark bread, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, light coffee notes, a bit of bourbon, and vanilla beans. This is complex, yet well integrated. Interesting, but not off-putting. This one takes you on a journey through the senses. It's a unique experience, and I love it.
Mouthfeel and overall: Feel is medium-bodied. In line with a good barleywine. Overall, I am really surprised by how surprising this beer is. Very interesting and I look forward to enjoying every sip.

Man I HATE the photo upload process!!! Really 1990s
But this Beer is something else.
Truly a desert beer.
Rather light brown/tan. Smells like the description, sweet, chocolate, caramel, malt.
Nice very slight head, rim at the end.
I really taste the full Mudslide here. I was fortunate to get a special box of "COCKTAIL‑INSPIRED BEER" release shipped to my home. This is the most desert like 'cocktail'.
Just Wow!

Look: mostly clear copper, nice bubbly tan head on the pour that mostly subsides. Messy lacing that doesn’t stick around long.
Smell: really nice blend o vanilla, coffee up front. More subtle are the cocoa nibs and bourbon.
Taste: flavors are blended than in the nose. Vanilla stands out in the finish with a bit of salt.
