Dark Lager. A familiar dark lager brewed with caramelized malts and a light balance of German noble hops for a malty profile that is both rich and satisfying, yet approachable and easy-drinking.

32oz crowler purchased at The Propagator.
Pours bright copper with brown edges and a thin, creamy lace. Aroma is clean with some freshly baked brown bread notes. Crisp, prickly carbonation. Light-bodied. Well-attenuated. Breadcrust, caramelly, nutty, and earthy with hint of metallic. Pretty dry overall, but there's a touch of sweet cereal grains, And, as the beer warms, a very subtle dark grape fruitiness emerges. Bitterness is light, but snappy with a herbal and tea-like undertones. Clean, dry, finish with some lingering breadiness.
Reminds me of Negra Model, but with a maltier backbone. Damn tasty!
