Bottle pour - almost clear orange/gold color with short off white foamy head leaving a ring of foamy lacing. Body and head have a slightly pinkish hue in the light. Nose is sour and funky. Taste is sour green apple with some earthy yeasty notes. Lingering tartness on the finish.
