Canned on 07/21/22. Color is a thick yellow. Nose is subtle and slightly floral. Mouthfeel is lighter than expected due to the more or less hazy body; however, it falls around medium to medium-low. Flavor profile is highlighted with a melon and orange profile followed by a grapefruit, dry finish. The finish is where the joy of the beer is. The grapefruit sits pleasantly on the pallet and the texture lingers on the back of the tongue.

Very light looking beer, almost clear but not in a gross lite beer kind of way

A - Pours up a pale orange body, with a bit of a copper tint, white head, lots of tiny bubble lacing.
S - Orange nose, with just a bit of melon. Slight nose of hop pithiness.
T - Follows the nose, with a light citrus acidity up front and a melon and tropical fruit middle. Finish has mild bitterness, and a quick close.
M - Brisk carbonation and solid acidity, light weight, and clean finish.
O - A solid brew, tasty and fun, and an easy drinker for its ABV.

Appearance - Pours hazy and dirty golden orange in color with a frothy, off-white near two-finger width head. Fair retention before dying down to a
Smell - Tropical fruit with underlying spice. Orange, pineapple, melon and an underlying spice. Light breadiness sitting beneath.
Taste - Follows the nose. Orange, pineapple, lesser melon and... you guessed it, an underlying spice. Bready malts definitely sit beneath the hoppy notes. Finishes with mild tang and continuing spice bite.
Mouthfeel - Medium-bodied with fair carbnonation. Smooth, soft drinker with a lightly dry finish.
Overall - It's okay; actually not too dissimilar to Mind Haze, but the latter is their better hazy option, IMO.

Canned 5/3/22. Pours a thin hazy deep golf verging on opaque minus with good clarity under tight white head; poor cap retention leaves an island of micro dots and thin ring; some spotty lacing. Nose is pineapple, honey dew and mango. Taste is green melon, pineapple and mango; no bitterness; firm malt base (not sweet). Light body; moderate minus carbonation; no warmth from 6% abv; no astringency. Overall this beer tastes very good; yet another “Hazy Lite”…barely hazy and a thin watery body; an NEIPA in name only (which is fine by me); even the Mosaic plays nice with the Melon hops (no off putting aromas or tastes); my score is somewhat low because the beer is missing half the style criteria; nevertheless, a tasty summer pounder worthy of revisiting.
