Pours a lovely, translucent, straw gold with a tight, quarter inch, bright white head and a translucent clarity. Nose is very clean and subdued - light notes of corn and grass. Taste expresses earthy hops and more grassy notes; however, adjuncts in the nose drop off in the flavor profile. Mouthfeel is light in body with an assertive carbonation and a crisp finish. Overall, very well-crafted but missing some of the adjunct sweetness.
