Bottle pour- fairly clear burnt orange/copper color with quickly dissipating white head leaving minimal lacing/bubbles. Nose is aggressively sour and funky. Taste follows with sour fruit and sage lingering on the finish. Pucker up for this one.

in full celebration of some of the fuzziest foods available, Firestone Walker brewers make the tastebuds feel warm and fuzzy with a sour ale packed with peach and sage.
Teaming up with Beachwood Brewing, Fuzzy Feelings warm the senses with a perfumy scent of winter herb along with a host of tropical, stone fruit and citrus for a tantalizing sensory overload. Lying within its peachy orange hue and resting underneath a dainty trickle of foam, the first sip is an inviting taste of candied fruit, sourdough, powdered sugar, honey and wafer.
Scant in its sweeter malty tone, the sweetness lifts from the palate quite swiftly and the more sour flavors start to captivate the middle palate. Tangier tones of lime, lemon and dried orange peel blend with more natural acidities of dry cider and white wine before the peach brings a stone fruit character that keeps the session juicy with apricot, plum and mango nuances. All wrapped in the earthy, buttery and savory flavor of sage, and the curious mix of fuzzy foods is complete.
Light in body yet fuller in flavor, the beer's blend of unique foodstuffs leaves the palate satisfied and awash in refreshing acidity. Trending slightly Christmas tree-like, the sage proves overbearing as it dominates the aftertaste. Although the foods don't quite rest easy on a sour ale base beer, there's promise in these fuzzy feelings.
