Brewed with our friends at Radiant Beer. A malt profile accentuating graham cracker, chocolate, and subtle campfire smoke flavors is infused with cacao nibs and Tahitian vanilla beans to bring out the full s’mores profile of graham cracker, chocolate, and fire-toasted marshmallow.

On tap at Firestone Walker Brewery Taproom
A: Pours basically black with a frothy khaki head that settles to a light layer and leaves a little nice lacing.
S: Chocolate and vanilla lead the way, followed with roasty coffee, light char, and subtle smoke brown sugar, a touch of spice, a hint of molasses, and toasty graham crackery malt.
T: Roasty, big semisweet chocolate, a touch of coffee, light char, and faint smoke, vanilla, brown sugar, hints of toasted marshmallow, subtle spice, and underlying graham crackery malt.
M: Full body, moderate carbonation, creamy, almost chewy thick.
O: If it was placed in front of you with no explanation you might not immediately think "s'mores", but you'd really enjoy it. Knowing that's what they're going for, it absolutely hits, without beating you over the head and coming off as artificial. Stands apart from all the other chocolate vanilla stouts.
