Can from MrBarleywine, shared with Paul and Alex. Thanks for the hookup Mike!
Just a touch of haze in a deep gold liquid with a decent sized bubbly white head that slowly recedes. Honey and bready malt with bits of clove and banana to counter. Bubbly, light sweet finish. pretty nice.

Medium amount of nearly white head. Clear, light gold appearance. Slightly sharp, pilsner type aroma, with a little sweet malt note. Tastes like an un-filtered hefeweizen, in a light bodied and touch sweet way.

No beer style likes a comeback like the Witbier. Gone... then it's back! Then it's gone again... Then it's back again. Giving credit to Firestosne Walker, the latest reiteration of the style decorates a Belgian-styled wheat ale with coriander and orange peel for a non-complicated session.
Pale chrome and straw, Wit's Complicated floats a fluffy white head before teasing the senses with the soft and soothing spices of citrus peel, perfume, light fruits and a twinge of white pepper for a slightly wine-like take on beer. Still soft and sweet on the early palate, the initial impressions of sugar cookie, vanilla wafer and light bread carry a calming honeysuckle sweetness onto the tongue.
As the sweetness relaxes on the middle palate, the flavors of coriander, orange peel and white pepper seem to gain boldness while the yeasty esters of pear, apple, lemon and honeydew provide a fruit forward balance. Complementary wine-like spices tease the late palate while a modest hopping rate adds a spicy, grassy and peppery bitterness for balance only.
Medium-light in body, the ale finishes on a snappier, more brisk side which brings the hops to the foreground; a departure from the smooth vanilla-like softness of more authentic Hoegaarden and Celis White. Seeming to scrub the throat with a slightly harsh minerality, the ale finishes spicy, grassy and with a short aftertaste of spice and fruit.

Can pour - opaque golden honey color with short white head leaving minimal lacing. Nose has yeasty esters and a slight sweet citrus note. Taste follows along the lines of Hoegaarden, mild coriander and chamomile. Finishes slightly dry.

Yellow, with a light haze, white medium head which fully dissipates.
Coriander on the nose
Flavor: Coriander, Banna, white wine.
Juicy, medium body, with a dry finish.
ABV is higher at 8%, then typical for the style. Overall, really nice version of the style. Refreshing.
