Pure, vibrant alchemy. A barrel-aged sour alive with tropical brightness, it channels the lush bounty of pineapple, passionfruit, orange, and guava into something both wild and refreshingly refined. Oak aging adds depth beneath the fruit’s sunlit surface—subtle tannin, a soft roundness, and a quiet earthiness that grounds the electric acidity. Each sip is a bright flash of summer, a rush of ripe fruit tempered by time and craftsmanship. It’s the untamed spirit of the tropics, elevated and composed—joy in its most radiant, drinkable form.

Super sudsy Orange beverage, nose is tropical fruit juice, straight. Nice tart kick on the palate which balances some of the juicy aspects, but it’s still this is the closest thing to a Dole Whip beer I’ve had.
