The members picked the adjuncts – our Barrel Master dialed in the finish. Maple, toasted pecan, and sea salt amplify this bourbon barrel-aged stout with depth, texture, and control.

2026 Collective Choice has a medium, creamy, beige head and a very dark-brown appearance, with moderate lacing. The aroma is of dark bread crust, some bourbon, and nuts. The flavor is similar, with strong bitterness and indiscernible natural flavors, mixed together. 2026 Collective Choice has a high-medium body and a mostly-dry finish.

Pours dark brown to black in color with a darker tan colored head. Nose is strong on the whiskey. Taste was chocolate and whiskey. Nice warmth from the ABV.
