Firestone Walker 30th Anniversary Ale has a thin, beige head and a dark-brown appearance, with no lacing. The aroma is of raisin, prunes, brown bread crust, and whiskey barrels. The flavor is of those elements, with mild bitterness, lots of sweetness, and even more pronounced raisin. Firestone Walker 30th Anniversary Ale has a medium body and a dry finish.

22 oz bomber into a snifter
There’s really no category for this brew - a blend of about 6 different styles of barrel-aged beers. It’s nothing you haven’t had before, but it is interesting how the end result can really smooth out any rough edges, and the stronger categories dominate the profile. Lots of vanilla and caramel, lots of flavor for the ABV.
