I wish they had this on tap still. Although I think I had it at least 10 times. This tasted like toasty marshmallows.

From EBF notes. Had a few pours of this one.
a - Pours a dark brown, almost black, with one inch of medium tan head and low to moderate carbonation evident. Looks like a nice big stout.
s - Smells of bourbon, sweet chocolate, vanilla, oak, roasted malts, toasted malts, wood, light smoke, light bitter chocolate, and light espresso. Very nice nose; bourbon is forward but I like it quite a bit.
t - Tastes of sweet milk chocolate, bourbon, vanilla, cream, roasted malts, oak, bitter chocolate, light caramel malts, light coffee. More chocolate and less bourbon than the nose; still really nice.
m - Medium bodied stout and low to moderate carbonation. Smooth and no real alcohol present; very nice mouthfeel.
o - Overall a really nice stout and another great beer from FW. It definitely reminds me of a good Irish Dry Stout aged in bourbon barrels, and it works very nicely. Easy to drink, would love if they bottle this one as well.
