On-tap at the Firestone taproom. Served in a nonic pint.
A: Pours a light amber color with a finger of dense off white head that faded into a long lasting fuzzy film that left sheets of lace down the glass.
S: Floral and fragrant fresh hoppy bouquet of flowers, grasses and mild citrus rinds mixed with perfume. Citrus is very mild. Perfume and floral dominate.
T: Follows the nose except more citrus comes through. Orange rind, grapefruit pith bitterness, lemon zest and crackery pale malt in the finish. Fresh and green tasting with a clean lemony bitterness.
M: Medium-full, soft and thick carbonation, thick mouth with a good chew to it.
O: Smooth and easy. Great chewy mouthfeel. Clean smooth bitterness. Very drinkable.
