Thanks to Silas at Darkside Fermentation for sharing this 750 ml caged and corked bottle.
I had the beer after it had warmed up a little bit and had started to air out, which I believe improved the beer. The beer pours a very, very light yellow color with a white head. The aroma is strong ginger, as is the flavor. Very one-dimensional but that is what I usually think about ginger ales, so that is not a bad thing. Thin mouthfeel and medium carbonation. When the beer was cold, it had an off-putting aroma and flavor but as I said, once it warmed, it improved immensely.
