Poured into a White Birch flute glass.
Appearance: Hazy golden-yellow with a thin lacing of white head, due to an aggressive pour, that quickly fades.
Aroma: A touch of citrus, possibly from the lemongrass, but beyond that there is not much aroma provided by the lemongrass. There is a hint of funk and spiciness coming through on the back end.
Taste: Spicy and earthy with a yeasty finish. A touch of citrus and cloves.
Mouthfeel: Medium body with medium-low carbonation and a sweet finish.
Overall: As for a tripel goes it's ok, but I don't think the lemongrass really added much.
