Served on tap.
A- Pours with nearly no color, extremely pale and clear. Head is bright white and thin, no real lacing left behind.
S- Smells of salt water, lemon, spice, lime, light grain.
T- Quite tart with big notes of lime and salt, this is like a dry margarita with no tequila or sugary sweetness.
M- Light and effervescent. Crisp and clean. Quick finish.
O- An unexpected lime Bomb here. Very bright and tart. Nice.

Bottle pour at the post-FWIBF bottle share held at the Adelaide Inn in Paso Robles, CA.

Pours a murky whitish-orange with a foamy off-white head that fades to nothing. No lacing on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, lemon, and acidic aromas. Taste is much the same with grain, lemon, acidic, and salt flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of acidity on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer that is light and refreshing, but fairly salty in the taste.
