This is described as a Gose, and brewed with limes, agave nectar, and sea salt. This is Batch #4 bottled 7.15. From the 750 ml capped bottle purchased at Elizabeth Station in Bellingham.
Appearance is cloudy but clean, as pale as any Witbier. Pleasant creamy mouthfeel. A hint of lime in the aroma. It's tart but not sour. There's even a sweet touch with every sip which helps the margarita theme actually work pretty well. The lime is very aromatic and tasty. This is more of a drinkable Gose than most I"ve tasted, though it's quite salty.
