On tap at Peg's. Served in a snifter.
Appearance - Black. Medium mocha head.
Smell - Very spicy. Cinnamon. Gingerbread. A little rum and chocolate.
Taste - Intense cinnamon spice. Gives it almost a cola flavor. Rum comes out a lot in the finish.
Mouthfeel - Heavy and sweet. Boozy.
Overall - Excessively spicy, but it's good.
