I couldn't choke down more than a half ounce of this. Overly bitter, some weird fruit rind, rancid finish, no malt backing. there aren't really any redeeming qualities here. No sweetness, no hop notes, just tastes like licking a dusty toilet with some bleach added. I love, love Crank, but almost every other IPA I've had from these guys is just really sub-par. This takes the cake, though. Truly awful.

Pours a cloudy golden color. Get a citrus / grassy or lemon grass smell. A little bitter for the how citrusy it smells but definitely a beer that grows on you as yo drink it. Overall a solid beer but not amazing

Crowler poured into a 22oz snifter. The brew appears a clouded golden color with a finger white head that holds well.

The smell is herbal to citrus with grassy notes blending to more of a fruity character. As it warms, it feels pulpy with slight orange appeal.

The taste is moreso like orange pulp than even the aroma suggests. Somewhat grassy and herbal with fruity and floral accent. A really mild alcohol note and dry feel with seemingly no malt backbone.

This is light bodied and moderately carbonated. A very crushable and refreshing hoppy pale ale.
