Reviewed from (long-standing) notes. Had on-tap at Cycle Brewing. Served in a pint glass.
A: Turbid, yeasty-looking gold. Low visible carbonation and a thin white head.
S: Tropical fruit, tangelo and mango, and a cracker malt backbone.
T: Tropical fruit cup, dank with lighter melon flavors. Orange zest, yeast trub, and cracker malts. Finishes with citrus rind bitterness and more tropical fruit.
M: Medium body, alcohol presence is minimal. Carbonation sensation on the low side.
O: I thought this was good, but not the over-the-top tropical fruit fest I was hoping for. Not as well put-together as Crank, but it is certainly good in its own right.

Wheat malt background. Hmmm. Not getting much hop flavor. Getting black tea leaves up front. With a name like tropical fantasy, I expected a bit more. Light and totally drinkable. Glad I got to try it. After drinking a bunch of this, I'm getting a distinct pilsner feel to this. Maybe this is an ILP?

Great IPA almost a pale ale. Very fruity but the hops shine as well. I was lucky enough to receive a Crowler of this id say this is a different IPA then crank but both are great
