32 oz crowler.

Tan head. Black color. This one is motor oil thick.

Roasted, but smooth. Huge chocolate and cocoa. Black licorice and molasses. Oaky. Big bourbon flavors all around. Thick and vicious. The rye lingers around and adds another layer to this stout. One of the thickest/biggest stouts from cycle. They need to keep this up.

POurs black, pitch dark black. Smells of bourbon and sweet dark fruit. Tastes like choclate covered cherries with bourbon in the middle, the rye spice is there and keeps the sweetness at bay. Mouthfeel is thick and smooth.

Looked picture perfect. Dark, tan head and smell was very much bourbon. Heavy bourbon scent masked with dark cherry notes. Taste was dark fruit from fridge temp with a nice warming bourbon sensation and a hint of spice from the Rye. As the beer warmed the bourbon stayed prevalent but the fruit notes dissipated a bit. Overall, a wonderful BA stout that I wish I had more of.

32 oz. crowler. Inky black body. Very viscous looking. Thin khaki collar. Bourbon aroma. Dark chocolate. Fudge and licorice, as many Cycle stouts exhibits. Taste is sharp bourbon. Rich, acidic, and bitter chocolate. Really intense. Sharp and tingly alcohol. Heavy and boozy. Medium carbonation. This is really heavy and intense, but it's pretty good.

A- as motor oil black as it gets. Wow, impressive
S- mostly booze and chocolate a nice balance
T- taste follows the nose, well balanced again. Reminds me of BCBS
M- pretty dang thick, and one of the thicker cycles I've tasted
O- with the thickness this stands up as probably the 3rd best cycle beer I've had behind nooner 10 and pallet 1
