On tap at Lokal Burgers. Served in a pint glass. They ran out of snifters.
Appearance - Pours with a small head, but gone quickly. No head after a bit. Looks flat.
Smell - Rum, chocolate. Sweet and caramelly.
Taste - Rum barrel, but not overpowering. Chocolate. Caramel. The barrel has covered a lot of the dulce de leche. Slight tangy from the oak.
Mouthfeel - Medium body, a little less than I expected. Low carbonation.
Overall - The base was so good, but the rum barrel isn't helping. Disappointing.
