A: Poured from a bottle to a tulip glass. Had an orange color and a cloudy consistency. There was a massive, foamy, long-lasting head. Not much lacing to speak of; a great-looking beer otherwise.
S: A sweet, enticing aroma of light fruit, yeast, malt, and some spices.
T: Tasted of a good amount of Belgian yeast, pineapple, citrus (orange, grapefruit, a hint of lemon), light malt, a little hops, pepper, mango, and a bready quality. A big, complex flavor that's very sweet and likable. Slightly funky, but very tasty.
F: A highly carbonated beer with a dry finish. Medium-bodied. The only problem here was that the bottle exploded when I opened it. Still, not a huge problem.
O: This is a well made, extremely enjoyable beer. Well worth a look.

Appearance is a beautiful golden yellow orange with very active carbonation and great lacing.
Smell is about as good as it gets for a Brett laced belgain pale! Not sure why this was not talked about more on its release. Smells almost identical to Allagash Golden Brett! Pineapple, funk and earthiness. Just perfect!
Taste follows the nose . Pineapple funkiness and apricot with herbal earthiness. VERY dry which is a huge plus for me. No boozinessand just a touch of honey.
Overall this is an absolutely delicious beer that flew completely under the radar in my opinion. If you see this BUY THEM ALL. N o, seriously, buy the case! This beer has evolved perfectly I've rthe last 14 months or so.

A: The beer is relatively clear yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high white head that died down but consistently left a short head covering the surface.
S: Light aromas of yeast are present in the nose along with some hints of funk and citrus.
T: Similar to the smell, the taste has flavors of earthy yeast along with slight hints of spices and citrus hops, the latter of which contribute a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels just about medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: With all of the earthy yeast, this beer tastes like a rustic pale ale. The light amount of funk in the smell makes for some interesting aromas if you take deep inhales from a snifter glass.

750 ml bottle into tulip glass; no bottle dating, but is a recent release. Pours fairly crystal clear deep golden color with a 2 finger dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big lemon zest, pineapple, apricot, peach, orange peel, pepper, herbal, floral, grass, candi sugar, bread, light funk, and herbal/yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of citrus/tropical hops, fruity/spicy yeast, and pale malt notes; with good strength. Taste of big lemon zest, pineapple, apricot, peach, orange peel, pepper, herbal, floral, grass, candi sugar, bread, light funk, and herbal/yeast earthiness. Fair amount of earthy yeast spiciness and herbal bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon zest, pineapple, apricot, peach, orange peel, pepper, candi sugar, bread, light funk, and herbal/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Damn nice complexity and balance of citrus/tropical hops, fruity/spicy yeast, and pale malt flavors; with a great crisp malt/bitter/spiciness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, crisp, and slightly sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is well hidden with only a light warming lingering after the finish. Overall this is a very nice hoppy Belgian pale ale style. All around good complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/tropical hops, fruity/spicy yeast, and pale malt flavors; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A very enjoyable offering.
