Golden cascade gives way to a clear dark amber/copper beer. The pour produces a creamy off-white head that quickly dissipates, leaving no lacing, while occasional large lazy bubbles rise within a Stiegl stange.
Taffy yields to caramel apple while the brine is pleasant and mild.
The flavor is sweet with light tartness and reminiscent of apple seltzer. A mild lingering finish conveys all of the caramel. Warmth releases briny flavors.
The body is surprisingly medium, with a smooth, soft texture. There is no discernible alcohol and the carbonation is fizzy.
This was a relaxing beer for a cool sunny afternoon. While not to the style, it was otherwise enjoyable.

On tap. Served in a snifter glass. Pours a slightly cloudy medium yellow body, one finger white head, short retention time, no lacing. Smells of light salinity, wheat, lemon. Citrus. Grain. Nothing too aromatic, but pleasant. Flavour is lightly salty, citrusy with a light lemon to it. I don't get the oysters, but I think the oysters contribute more of a saltiness than anything else. Mouthfeel is lighter bodied, crisp, good carbonation, refreshing. Pretty much a gose as you'd expect it to taste, but on the more salty side.

From a bottle into a pint glass.
Interesting combination of salt and sour. Not sure about the oyster here. I have to really try to pick up any of it at all. Overall a nice beer.

A truly interesting gose. The ingredients gave the beer a unique element missing from the many simple salt + sour = gose being churned out these days. The oyster element was so subtle as to be barely perceptible, but the salt was dominant, and served this beer well.
