Pours hazy gold color with a lot of sediment floating around in the brew and a soapy/foamy 2-3 finger sized head that was bright white, fading very slowly as the head receded and left really nice foamy lacing.
Smells of orange peel, tangerine, red grapefruit, lime, lemon, pineapple, biscuit, light piney notes, peppery spices like coriander and floral notes like tea leaf or dry hopping. It gives off the sour orange juice essence, which could also border on really fresh week or skunk weed. Earthy overall after the citrus varieties fades.
Tastes of grapefruit juice, lemon, tangerine, hints of pineapple, lots of citrus bitterness, and some piney notes to go along with the souring orange juice. After the sharp, bitter citrus flavors fade there was biscuit, pizza crust, toasted grains, light caramel, mild peppery spices and floral/earthy notes. It comes off initially as quite bitter, but seems less bitter after a few sips. The feel is super creamy and almost too thin for an IPA, but it slides down easy and had just enough carbonation to keep it in the standard IPA range. It reminds me of drinking Orangina with a touch of booze. Overall a pretty good beer.

A: The beer is hazy yellow in color—to hazy to see if there is any visible carbonation. It poured with a half finger high bright white head that died down, leaving a thin layer of bubbles on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of lemon, lime and orange citrus are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has citrusy flavors of lemons, limes, and oranges along with some hints of yeast. There is a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels just about medium-bodied and faintly crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation. The oats lend a slight bit of smoothness to the finish.
O: This IPA has a nice mix of citrusy aromas and flavors, but seems to be a little yeasty for the style.
Serving type: can

pours a hazy straw gold with a head that went wild when i poured it.
smell is sweet, some lemon/lime to it but nothing crazy strong
taste is crisp and clean, feels quite carbonated. has a citrus-y spritzy feel and flavor to it. almost like a hoppy Sprite
an interesting brew. not what i expected from this but not a bad beer.
i agree with the somewhat soapy analysis. for a hop bill of Galaxy/Simcoe/Centennial I was expecting this to be much better

You gotta let this fruit bomb warm or it's too soapy. Pleased to be the 2nd reviewer.
a) Cider like clouded body of yellow fuzz, that sports energetic head that laces and lasts in the snifter. Good looking.
s) Powerful, fruit bomb with sweet mandarin, clementine peel, lemon, lime, flower garden, nasturtium. (peppery tempering the sweet)
t) Follows the fruit and flower shop, as if you were in a slight wet section of a flower shop where delicate fruit - individually wrapped - were on damp display. Again, peppery nasturtium notes tempering the sweet. complex, flower water, honey, and minerals. More each time your lips return.
But - slightly marred (at first) by soap bubbles (let it sit, the soap goes away)
f) flower nectar, yes refreshing, mineral, and japanese or exotic twist makes it great with seafood or sushi.
o) Totally complex teasing beer.

look - very nice yellow-orange, slight haze (4.75), just a good looking brew
smell - sweet lemon lime, mandarin, rose hip, butterfly bush (4.75), very good
taste - floral+citrus pines, sticky orange blossom honey, sparkling water
feel - sappy, sticky, but refreshing, and cold and breezy on the back of the throat, that sparkling water feel
overall - has a "mikkeler" quality to it, not the same stillwater style in saisons but not too different, very easy and bright with nice depth (4.5)
