Slightly hazy golden color with one finger foamy head. Smell of sweet Hawaiian rolls, honey, malt, tropical fruit, and a hint of soap. Sweet tropical and honey flavors with malt and yeast. Medium body with fine carbonation that leaves a slight creamy feel. Total sweetness upfront, but mild bitterness from hops come out towards the end. Very easy drinking.

The beer pours out a hazy dark gold/light amber color, with 1 finger of white head------------ the aromas are of citrus, apricot, dried apricot, mango and lactose----------- the flavors are of sweet malt, tropical candy, tea leaf, soap, floral/grass, and lemon lime, the beer has a thick mouthfeel with little to no bitterness-------------- overall this beer was nice, the hops tasted a little old would of loved to tasted it a bit fresher

Poured a lightly clouded orange body with two-finger head that sticks around. Strong, citric aroma but also earthy and dirty with a bit of hoppy presence. Sharp and slightly biting with a touch of soapy acidity and grapefruit sweetness that helps tamper the bitterness and ends up finishing crisp and clean.

Pours an effervescen t& slightly hazed gold with a pinky of cream colored head. Some lacing & head retention
S: Grapefruit, & a little tangerine
T: Follows the nose, plus mango & a little bready dryness up front. More bready dryness as this warms, a little grapefruit , plus a little grassyness & mango. Finishes dry with grapefruit & tangerine
MF: Medium body, slight carbonation, nice balance
Drinks easy, a solid DIPA, not a life-changing beer by any means

No canning date but everything seemed to coincide well enough for me to talk about here.
This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a semi-bright orange to copper color with a slight transparency about it. Finger and a half's worth of white foamy head that slid off at a mild pace. Lace somewhat slid but also showed some sticky spottiness around the sides.
The aroma seemed to start with a sturdy sweet citrus hoppiness penetrating over some sweet pineyness substantially serving a delicate balance. Light lemon sweet pulp developed more as it warmed.
The flavor started the same way as the aroma - sweet but became bittersweet as it warmed. Light lemon sweet pulp in the aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was between light and medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt good. Some noticeable bitter harshness on my tongue. Light dry to bitter sort of finish.
Overall, pretty good DIPA that I could have again.

16 ounce can into tulip glass; no can dating, but is a recent release. Pours fairly hazy/cloudy deep golden yellow/light orange color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of big tangerine, grapefruit, peach, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berry, lemon/orange zest, light pepper/pine, honey, lightly toasted biscuit, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tangerine, grapefruit, peach, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berry, lemon/orange zest, light pepper/pine, honey, lightly toasted biscuit, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Mild pine, citrus peel, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, grapefruit, peach, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berry, lemon/orange zest, light pepper/pine, honey, lightly toasted biscuit, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance, and zero astringent hop flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, bready/grainy, and fairly sticky balanced mouthfeel that is awesome. Minimal warming alcohol for 8%. Overall this is an outstanding DIPA. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink for the ABV, with the mildly bitter/drying finish. Feels very close to a NE DIPA overall. Very juicy, vibrant, and lightly dank hops; balanced malts, no residual sweetness. Awesome soft mouthfeel and drink ability. A highly enjoyable offering. Love Simcoe/Citra, this was a wonderful hop showcase.
