This is a fun experiment I'm seeing more and more, slapping oats and lactose on an IPA to smoothe it out.
Light burnt umber in color with very little white head that quickly dissipates but leaves firm lace on the mini tulip glass i'm drinking from. Smells of flower petals and cut grass, a little mandarin, kind of expected more from a double dry hop. Flavor leads with tasty flintstones vitamins and punches of citric fruits that hides the hop bitterness well. Smooth and comfortable medium bodied brew that definitely showcases the silky oatmeal it was brewed with.

Can
Glowing sunny orange with a fluffy foam head. Smells of orange, lime, melon, and peppery/leafy green hops. Soft fruity hop flavors with some grassy dry hop oils lingering on the tongue. Grapefruit, dried pineapple, leafy greenness, and a light fruity sweetness. Silky medium body with fine carbonation. Tasty...

Really enjoyed this one. Poured fresh from the can. Look, taste and feel were all top notch. Hope to get my hands on more of this.

So far my favorite offering by Stillwater. Amarillo, Huell Melon and Galaxy. Seems everyone’s doing the lactose oat ipa thing nowadays but this is quite delicious and not too creamy.
