Hazy golden colour with off-white head. Aroma is dank with dill, chives and other vegetal notes. Taste is bitter but not astringent, well balanced by the malts, dank, vegetal, really hoppy. Medium plus body and carbonation. Well balanced and easy drinking for a DIPA.

Undated can into pint glass. Pours a clear amber with a thick eggshell-white head. Initial impression is a surprising amount of malt, with a very healthy dose of citrus, floral, resin, and fruity hops. Mouthfeel is fairly thick and smooth. Carbonation is spot on. Alcohol is quite well hidden. Finish is smooth and dry, with very little lingering bitterness. Highly recommended.

Never had a batch of Wavvy, but they always seem to be in high demand. I'm also on a little bit of a Stillwater kick, so let's see if they keep a stride.
Pours a pillowy light finger of head, eggshell white. Looks a hazy yellow/orange, not entirely opaque, but it's got some cloudiness going for it.
The nose is one of a very dry hopped IPA, but when it warms up a familiar juiciness and fruitiness starts emanating from it.
Even though this kind of tastes like one of those IPAs that is trying to shoot for the moon and comes up a little short, it has all the hops you could want and wings the tasty-ness out too. Grapefruit, sweet oranges, pine, melon, and some of that pure Mosaic hop essence. It's super good.
Wavvy still has that feeling of trying to be hazy, except it's trying to get there with a little cheating (and I'm guessing it's the lactose they use). Regardless, it's easy drinking and it doesn't wear you out at all.
Again, surprised and now, maybe I'll be a little less surprised in the future. I do know I'm going to be picking up batch 008 when it rolls around, and so on, and so on.

16 ounce can into tulip glass; no can dating, but is a recent release. Pours fairly hazy/cloudy golden amber/light orange color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big tangerine, lemon, grapefruit, peach, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berry, citrus peel/rind, light pepper/pine, honey, toasted bread, light caramel, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great complexity and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big tangerine, lemon, grapefruit, peach, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berry, citrus peel/rind, light pepper, pine, honey, toasted bread, light caramel, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, lemon, grapefruit, peach, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berry, citrus peel/rind, pepper, pine, honey, toasted bread, light caramel, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and zero lingering hop astringency after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready, and sticky/resinous/rindy balanced mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 8%. Overall this is a fantastic DIPA. All around outstanding complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink for the ABV; with the modestly bitter/drying finish, never aggressive. Perfectly balanced juicy, vibrant, dank, and earthy hop complexity; nice bready malt backbone, with minimal residual sweetness. A highly enjoyable offering. Loved the hop profile as expected, spot on showcase of all 3 hops.

Tall can
Medium hazed pour, leaves quality looking scattered lacing.
Muted over ripe pineapple on the sniff
More of the same on the palate, pineapple, soft grapefruit, smooth and quite worthy/tasty...over ripe and dank tropicals doing work on this one....well worth a try, respectable take on the style

Good head production, solid retention, and excellent lacing. Show white foam atop a cloudy golden brew.
Incredibly fresh hoppy aroma. Very herbal, from kitchen herbs (oregano, basil, and mint) to grassy to earthy, dank notes. Juicy mandarin orange and lemon, and to a lesser extent melon and pineapple. Slightly sweet honey cracker pale malt.
Flavor follows. It's a very smooth delivery of juicy hops to the palate, riding along a wave of sweet pale malt that strengthens throughout the sip. Hop notes are less dank and herbal than expected, and instead juicier: pineapple, a slight touch of mandarin orange, peaches, berries, a bit of apple and pear, even banana. Fairly sweet.
Just shy of syrupy, this is still a touch thick and oily for an 8% ABV brew. However, there's a lively bite up front. Moderately dry on the finish, likely due mostly to alcoholic effervescence.
This is a very solid brew, and an excellent display of hops. I'm quite interested to learn which varietals exactly, but I can't even figure out the best by date, and there's precious little information online.
